Frequently asked questions
What is a Hexagon LED light?
A modular ceiling light built from hexagonal LED elements that gives even, shadow-free light. It is especially popular in garages and car detailing studios, where paint defects need to be clearly visible.
Should I choose polycarbonate or aluminium?
The light is the same – the difference is the frame. The polycarbonate frame is lighter, does not rust, suits damp rooms and costs less. The aluminium frame offers better heat dissipation and a 3-pin grounded connection. Both are also available as dimmable.
How do I choose the right size?
Every kit page lists the width, height and power of the shape. If you are not sure, send us your room dimensions and ceiling height and we will help you choose.
Can Hexagon lights be dimmed?
Yes. The dimmable models (polycarbonate and aluminium) switch between three brightness levels – 30%, 60% and 100% – using a standard wall switch.
Can I install the light myself?
The elements connect to each other with plug-in connectors. If you prefer, the Ledex team will install the lighting for you.
Is the light suitable for car washes or damp rooms?
The lights are rated IP54. The corrosion-resistant polycarbonate frame is well suited to garages, car washes and studios.
How fast will I receive my order?
Products are in stock in Estonia and arrive within 1–3 business days in Estonia. Shipping is free from €50. All lights come with a 3-year warranty and a 14-day money-back guarantee.
