Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
1.1. This privacy policy regulates the principles regarding the collection, processing and storage of personal data. Personal data is collected, processed and stored by Evolvum OÜ, the responsible processor of personal data .
1.2. A data subject in the sense of the privacy policy is a customer or other natural person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.
1.3. A customer in the sense of the privacy policy is anyone who buys goods or services from the website of the data processor.
1.4. The data processor complies with the principles of data processing stipulated in legislation, among other things, the data processor processes personal data legally, fairly and securely. The data processor is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of legislation.
2. Collection of personal data
2.1. Personal data is data that Evolvum OÜ collects to identify or contact an individual. Personal data can be collected with the customer's consent in the following ways:
- when submitting contact data (including your name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, personal identification number) in the Ledex e-shop
- when using the website from the customer's account information or via cookies
- when making a purchase or order in our e-shop (the e-shop may ask you to voluntarily provide personal data and personal information in certain areas of the website).
2.2. By sharing his personal data, the customer gives the data processors the right to collect, organize, use and manage personal data for the purposes defined in the privacy policy, which the customer directly or indirectly shares with the data processor when purchasing goods or services on the website.
2.3. The data subject is responsible for ensuring that the data provided by him is accurate, correct and complete. Knowingly providing false information is considered a violation of the Privacy Policy. The data subject is obliged to immediately notify the data processor of changes in the provided data.
2.4. The data processor is not responsible for damage to the data subject or third parties caused by the data subject providing false information.
2.5. The required personal data may include:
- name, e-mail address, phone number, residential address
- delivery address, postal code
- Bank account number
- cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history)
- customer support details
2.6. In addition to the above, the data processor has the right to collect data about the customer that are available in public registers.
2.7. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data:
a) The data subject has given consent to process his personal data for one or more specific purposes;
b) The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with the participation of the data subject or for taking measures prior to the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the data subject's request;
c) The processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the controller;
f) The processing of personal data is necessary in the case of a legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party, unless such interest is outweighed by the interests of the data subject or the fundamental rights and excuses for which personal data must be protected, especially if the data subject is a child.
2.8. Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods. The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer. Purchase history data (purchase date, product, quantity, customer data) is processed to create an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. The online store user's IP address or other network identifiers are processed for the provision of the online store as an information society service and for online usage statistics.
With the help of collected personal data, we can inform customers about news, campaigns and future events of Evolvum OÜ . A customer who does not want to be on our newsletter list can remove himself from it at any time.
3. Processing and storage of personal data
3.1. Personal data is transferred to the customer support of the online store to manage purchases and purchase history and to solve customer problems.
- The name, phone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer.
- If the goods are delivered by courier , the customer's address is also transmitted in addition to the contact details.
- If the online store's accounting is done by the service provider, personal data will be transferred to the service provider for accounting operations.
- Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting.
- The merchant is the responsible processor of personal data, the merchant transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS .
3.2. When processing and storing the client's personal data, the data processor implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, modification, disclosure and any other illegal processing.
An encrypted data communication channel (Payment Centre, etc.) with banks ensures the security of personal data and bank details of the purchaser.
3.3. Upon closing the customer account of the online store, personal data will be deleted, except in cases where it is necessary to keep such data for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer disputes. If a purchase is made in the online store without a customer account, the purchase history is stored for three years . In the case of disputes related to payments and tolling disputes, personal data will be stored until the claim is fulfilled or until the end of the statute of limitations. Personal data necessary for accounting are stored for seven years .
4. Customer rights
4.1. The customer has the right to get access to his personal data and to familiarize himself with them. If the purchase has been made without a user account, you can consult the personal data through customer support.
4.2. The customer has the right to receive information about the processing of his personal data.
4.3. The customer has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.
4.4. If the data processor processes the customer's personal data based on the customer's consent, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent at any time.
4.5. The customer can contact the customer support of the e-shop at info@ ledex.ee to exercise their rights .
4.6. The customer can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate to protect his rights.
5. Final provisions
5.1. We reserve the right to change the privacy terms if necessary.
