Terms of sale
The owner of the online store ledex.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Evolvum OÜ (16792457 ), located at Pihlaka tee 25, Rahula, Saku parish, Harju County 76414.
1.General conditions:
1.1. These terms and conditions of sale regulate the legal relationships between Evolvum OÜ (hereinafter the Seller), the owner of the shopping environment ledex.ee (hereinafter the Ledex e-shop), and persons purchasing products through the Ledex e-shop (hereinafter the Buyer).
1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through the Ledex e-shop are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Ledex.ee reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement these terms and conditions and the price list for the purpose of increasing the efficiency, competitiveness, further development and expansion of the range of goods. Amendments and supplements to the terms and conditions and the price list shall enter into force from the moment of publication of the said information on the website www.ledex.ee . If the Client submitted his order before the amendments to the terms and conditions entered into force, the terms and conditions in force at the time of submission of the order shall apply to the legal relations between the Client and the Seller, unless otherwise provided by law or these terms and conditions.
2. Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
2.1. The Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
2.2. The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of products sold in the online store are in euros.
2.3. The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.
2.4. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
2.5. All prices include 22% VAT.
3. Shopping cart and placing an order
3.1. To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the products. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele
- Estonian pay later solutions: Inbank pay next month, Inbank split into installments, Inbank installment payment
- Kniks gift card
- Visa/Mastercard card payments
- Apple Pay, Google Pay card payments
- Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
- Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
- Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Šiauliu and Luminor
- Lithuanian pay later solutions: Mokilizingas, Moki3

3.2 Payments are made by Maksekeskus AS . Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store's current account.
3.3 The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
3.4 If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
4.Payment
4.1. The order will be processed and delivered upon 100% advance payment.
4.2. The customer, who selects the desired products, undertakes to enter the data required to complete the order (last name, first name, contact phone number, email address, delivery address, postal code, payment method).
4.3. The online store does not process bank payments itself. Payments are made in the secure environment of Maksekeskus ( www.maksekeskus.ee ). By submitting payment details or other data, you agree to the third party's terms of service and to the transfer of financial information to them.
4.4. After placing and paying for the order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation and invoice by e-mail. By confirming the order, the Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the Customer in accordance with these Terms of Use.
5.Delivery
5.1. The goods are shipped to the following countries: all member states of the European Union.
5.1. Goods are sent within Estonia via parcel locker services offered by Omniva (AS Eesti Post) and Itella SmartPOST OÜ, as well as via DPD parcel lockers and courier services.
5.2. The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
5.3. Orders placed in the online store will be reviewed on the same day and the buyer will be contacted no later than the next business day.
5.4. Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract. If we are unable to deliver a product on the promised day, we will inform you immediately. If necessary, you have the opportunity to cancel the order and we will refund your money. Outside Estonia, delivery will be made according to the delivery times of the logistics company.
5.5. Please ensure that the contact details provided when placing an order are correct in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products. Evolvum OÜ and the courier company are not responsible for delays in the delivery of products and any misunderstandings that may arise if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccuracy or incorrectness of the information provided by you when placing an order.
5.6 In exceptional cases, the company has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
6. Right of withdrawal, order cancellation and product return
6.1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g. food products, hygiene products).
6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
6.3. The returned goods must be unused, with labels and, if possible, in the original transport packaging. The goods may be examined in any way necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the item.
6.4. To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal application to us at the e-mail address info@ledex.ee no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating the order number and date.

6.5. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. an incorrect or defective product).
6.6. The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first.
6.7. The money will be transferred to the same bank account from which it was received by the Online Store administrator. The money will be transferred no later than 14 working days after the returned products arrive at the seller's warehouse.
6.8. The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
7. Legal act for filing a claim
7.1. The claim period begins from the date of purchase of the goods.
7.2. The deadline for submitting claims does not apply to goods whose defects result from improper use or normal wear and tear.
7.3. If the product does not meet the requirements or has any defects, please send a complaint to the e-mail address info@ledex.ee , stating the name of the person placing the order, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the product's non-compliance with the requirements or defect.
7.4. Ledex is responsible for the conformity of the products and for defects in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act. The time for filing claims is 2 years for the Buyer (private individual) and 2 months for legal entities from the moment of delivery of the products. In the event of a defect occurring within 1 year, it is assumed that it existed at the time of purchase of the product and the nature of the defect must be determined by the seller. If the defect is of a technological nature, the Customer may demand repair of the product and, if repair is impossible or ineffective, replacement of the product or refund of money.
7.5. In the event of a return of a non-conforming product, the Seller will verify the justification of the claim and notify the Buyer of its response within 15 days of receiving the claim.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to info@ledex.ee or by phone: +372 56897905.
8.2. If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The procedural conditions can be viewed and an application submitted at the web address http://komisjon.ee . The review of the buyer's complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. Ledex is liable to the Buyer and the Buyer is liable to Ledex for direct material damage caused to the other party by a breach of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
9.2. Ledex is not liable for any damages caused to you or any delay in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay in the delivery of goods is due to circumstances that Ledex could not influence or foresee.
10.Personal data and its use
10.1. The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transportation services in order to deliver the goods.
10.2. The user gives clear and informed consent to the Online Store administrator to process their personal data.
10.3. The source of personal data is the creation of a customer relationship when registering an order in the E-shop.
10.4. The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to enter an e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
10.5. The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail containing the offers.
10.6. The online store administrator undertakes not to transfer registered personal data to third parties.
10.7. The online store administrator reserves the right to transfer data concerning the user if it is transferred to a person who processes the data to fulfill obligations prescribed by law and has the legal right to do so, or if this is done to protect the life, health or freedom of another person of the Customer.
10.8. The user gives the Online Store administrator consent to send an order confirmation to the email address entered when placing the order.
11.Terms of Use
11.1. When placing an order, by checking the box "I agree to the terms and conditions of use of the online store and will fulfill them unconditionally", the Customer agrees that he has read the terms and conditions set out in the User Agreement, understands them and agrees to the terms and conditions set out in the User Agreement.
11.2. It is mandatory for the Client to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions set out in the User Agreement.
All product descriptions, photos and other data presented in the Ledex e-store are protected by copyright and their copying or other use without the consent of Evolvum OÜ is prohibited.
